After cooking:

Cooking is mostly an indoors process, but still, you spend a great deal of time being exposed to flames and heat from ovens. Cooking gas exposes your skin to direct heat that can have a damaging effect to our skin as sun rays. For people that spend longer time cooking should wear sunscreen that is not less than SPF 30, this will protect your skin from dryness, after you're done make sure to wash your face and moisturize your face and drink water to compensate the hydration it lost.
